Hemanta Naorem felicitated

Patanjali Yoga Nongin (PYN), Uripok Naoremthong, Imphal today felicitated PYN member Hemanta Naorem, Director (E), DDK Imphal on his promotion to the post of Deputy Director General (E).
The felicitation function was held at the Lions Club Auditorium Imphal and was attended by members of PYN.
According to a press release, Hemanta Naorem from Khurai Chingangbam Leikai is the first person from Manipur to reach this high level post of Deputy Director General in the Engineering Cadre of All India Radio and Doordarshan.
It may be noted that Hemanta Naorem is the son of N Ibomcha Singh and N (ongbi) Jamini Devi and is an Indian broadcasting (Engineering) Service (IBES) Officer of 1992 batch.
