IMPHAL, Sep 11 : A team of Imphal West Commando arrested two individuals today allegedly involved in planting IED in front of Ward Development Committee office of IMC at Singjamei Chingamakha Maisnam Leikai on September 8.
The two arrested individuals, one each from Khongman and Thangmeiband, were arrested from their respective residence. The team also recovered 6 numbers of digitized circuits used in IED.
