Office bearers appointed

New office bearers of Sawombung Sangeet Samaj were appointed today during the annual meeting of the organisation.
According to a statement, Kh Samungou was appointed as president, Yaima Haoba as vice-president, H Guna Mangang as secretary, W Janmenjoy Meetei and Ng Jayenta as assistant secretary and A Kunja as treasurer. Aside from this, an executive body comprising of 14 members was also constituted during the meeting. The gathering further observed a one-minute silence to honour the deceased founder members of the organisation.
