Farmer’s training programme held

IMPHAL, Sep 18 : A farmer's training programme on management of poultry and scientific rearing was held today under the supervision of Keishamthong AC MLA Nishikant Singh Sapam at Kwakeithel Moirang Purel Leikai.
The training programme organised in association with the Department of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Services was attended by 91 trainees from Keishamthong Constituency.
During the programme, veterinarians Dr Ng Saratchandra, Dr L Surchand and Dr Sushilkumar from KVK Andro demonstrated ways to indulge in poultry farming.
Later, Deputy Director of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Services Khwairakpam handed over certificates of participation to all the trainees.
