Free health camp held

THOUBAL, Sep 6: A one-day free health camp was held at Panthoibi Shanglen of Yairipok Nongpok Sekmai Patanjali Yoga Centre today.
The free health camp was organised by Chanu Nature Cure and Yoga Wellness Centre in association with Bharat Swabhiman Trust and Patanjali Yoga Samiti, Thoubal District.
A medical team led by Dr Kh Panthoi Chanu, in-charge, Chanu Nature Cure and Yoga Wellness Centre assessed 40 members of Nongpok Sekmai Yoga Centre by conducting BP check, weight measurement, blood sugar test etc.
According to a statement issued by Kh Thoiba Meitei, Prabhari, Bharat Swabhiman Trust and Patanjali Yoga Samiti, Thoubal District, the one-day free health camp was also attended by Konjengbam Hemanta, yoga instructor and Yuva Prabhari as well as Salam Kumar, Pradhan nominee of Leirongthel-Ningel Gram Panchayat.
