Machine goes up in flames

IMPHAL, Nov 14 : A harvesting machine caught fire at Phayeng Awang Loubuk Sorok Leikai under Sekmai Constituency today while engaged in field work.
The fire which started at around 5 pm also destroyed some paddy stacks gathered in the field, apart from damaging the machine.
The machine belonged to one Angom Ithoi of Phayeng Sabal Leikai while one Angom Ingocha of Phayeng Nongpok Leikai is the owner of the field.
A team of Manipur Fire Services and Lamsang police rushed to the site.
