Manipur Environment Calendar 2024 released

IMPHAL, Dec 30 : The 'Manipur Environment Calendar 2024' was released today by Forest and Environment & Climate Change Minister Thongam Biswajit at his residential quarter in Sanjenthong, Imphal.
Th Biswajit released the yearly calendar of the Directorate of Environment & Climate Change, Government of Manipur, in the presence of Environment & Climate Change Director T Bajrakumar, Joint Director Ph Vivekanand Sharma and other officials of the directorate.
Speaking on the occasion, Th Biswajit said that the calendar contains a detailed account of all the activities and initiatives taken by the Directorate for the preservation of environment in the State.
He continued that the calendar contains details about all the international days related to preservation & conservation of environment and its importance.
The Minister further expressed hope that the calendar will serve as an important messenger to the people of Manipur for conservation and preservation of the ecosystem and environment.
