State judo team for Khelo India Youth Games leave Imphal

IMPHAL, Feb 4 : The State judo team for the ongoing Khelo India Youth Games were flagged off today.
The competition will start from February 7.
The players who will be representing Manipur at the Games being underway in Madhya Pradesh since January 30 are Laishram Monalisha (52 kg), Roni Devi H (57 kg), I Kalpana Devi (63 kg), Linthoinganbi Devi (+63 kg) and Ngangbam Dipapathi Devi (+63 kg), Rohit Singh Ningthoujam (50 kg), Dhananjoy Singh Sapam (50 kg), H Rishikanta (55 kg), Laishram Babumacha (55 kg), Maibam Rajendro (55 kg), Thangjam Ningthemba Meitei (73 kg) and S Shital (+81 kg).
The team are led by Haobam Bichu Singh as manager along with coaches- N Somobala, L Dinit and Chingkheinganbi Huirem.
