MKPAL appoints new president, general secy

IMPHAL, Mar 19: Manipur Keithel Phambi Apunba Lup (MKPAL) has appointed new office bearers for the organisation through a meeting held at GM Hall today.
During the meeting, Oinam Bilashini and Yumnam Ibeyaima were appointed as the president and general secretary of Manipur Keithel Phambi Apunba Lup respectively.
The gathering also discussed the role of MKPAL and the activities it should undertake for the welfare of street vendors.
Longjam Memchoubi addressed the gathering urged people to help safeguard the Khwairamband Keithel and its identity as the sole women only market.
