Free health camp conducted

American Oncology Institute, Babina Specialty Hospital, Sajiwa Jail Road in association with Meetei Council Moreh today organised a 1-day multi specialty health camp at Eastern Shine School, Moreh.
About 120 patients were treated with free blood test, Lipid Profile, ultrasound and ECG during the camp, said a release issued by Babina Specialty Hospital.
At the camp, Dr Tamphasana Wairokpam, consultant Neurologist, expressed that adopting a healthy lifestyle is key to one's well being.
Dr Dhaneshwor Naorem, consultant Head & Neck Oncologist, suggested that most cancers are treatable if detected early and people should not shy away from consulting doctors timely.
Thoiba, president of Meetei Council Moreh expressed his deepest gratitude to Babina Specialty Hospital for organising the health camp to help the people of Moreh.
