MSACS invites application

The Manipur State AIDS Control Society (MSACS) has invited application from voluntary blood donors in the State who have donated for maximum numbers to be felicitated on the World Blood Donor Day (June 14), by Blood Transfusion Services (BTS), Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India at the National level.
In a release, State Blood Transfusion Council informed that applicants should be: Youth between 18 to 30 years’ age group who has done blood and apheresis donation more than 25 times; Female donors between 18 to 65 years of age with maximum blood donation between April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023; and Non-governmental organisations working towards rare blood group donors.
It also shared that individuals or organisations can send their application along with supporting documents to the Counsellor/Data Manager of Blood Banks at RIMS or JNIMS on or before 1 pm, Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
