IMPHAL, May 26 : The Arambai Tenggol has been dissolved today.
A press release issued by the Organisation said that some people accusing the 'non-existent' women's wing of Arambai Tenggol of devising a plan to launch an attack on the houses of MLAs and Ministers is unfortunate.
Claiming that Arambai Tenggol doesn't have any women's wing, the Organisation continued that they also don't have anything to do with the attack.
It then appealed to one and all to stop using the name of the Organisation every time people express their resentment against the Centre and the State Government.
It maintained that people with vested interest are constantly trying to drive a wedge 'among us' and abolish the Arambai Tenggol.
Saying that the Organisation has put a restriction on using the name and apparel of Arambai Tenggol for the time-being, it asked all to take responsibility for all eventualities if the restriction is violated.
The Arambai Tenggol said that there, however, no restriction is placed on its members from taking part in the public movement independently.
It further said that they will emerge again if the situation arises to protect Manipur.
