S Chingkheinganbi wins MU fencing bronze at 3rd KIUG

IMPHAL, May 31 : S Chingkheinganbi Chanu has won Manipur University a bronze medal in the individual epee event (fencing) at the 3rd edition of Khelo India Inter University Games being underway in Uttar Pradesh.
Chingkheinganbi Chanu of Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, MU settled for the bronze medal after losing 8-15 to Hayer YK of Panjab University today in the semi-final. She booked the semi-final ticket with a 15-9 win over Gopika KP of Kannur University in the quarter final.
