Prohibition on buying, selling, consumption of illicit substances

THOUBAL, Aug 27: Kekru Mohammedan Union Club Yairipok Kekru has prohibited buying, selling and consumption of narcotic/illicit substances in the areas under its jurisdiction.
A statement issued by Md Ziyao Rahaman, vice president, Kekru Mohammedan Union Club Yairipok Kekru has earnestly appealed against the aforementioned activities while adding that the Union will carry out strict monitoring of the localities under its jurisdiction.
Further, the Union also cautioned that anyone found acting against the prohibition would be held accountable for the consequences that follow.
