The Manipur Cricket Association has celebrated its 49th foundation day today at Luwangpokpa lecture hall, Luwansangbam in a low key fashion in view of the prevailing situation of the State.
The event was graced by office bearers of the MNCA, members of 9 committees and administrative staff, said MNCA in a statement.
