NSCN (IM) recommits to FA

DIMAPUR, Sep 9: A joint Parliamentarians consultative meeting of the Southern Zone of the NSCN (IM) was held at Ecological Park, Mayangkhang in Senapati district yesterday, reports NNN.
The meeting reiterated the importance of the August 3, 2015 Framework Agreement and re-emphasised that there will be no solution without "Naga Flag and Constitution", said NSCN (IM) in a statement issued to Newmai News Network.
During the meeting, Meyong Phom, member, Collective Leadership, pointed out that "the NSCN (IM) today is facing aggressive forces to drive the Naga solution away from the Framework Agreement," and sought commitment from all members to the Collective Leadership, NSCN.
The members present emphasised that without the Naga flag and Constitution, "there will be no solution under the Indian Constitution."
