1st Heibok Trophy 5-A-Side Football Singjamei FC-B romp past Kangleicha FC 5-0

IMPHAL, Mar 22 : Inaoba scored four goals as Singjamei FC-B romped 5-0 past Kangleicha FC to seal a place in the last 16-round of 1st Heibok Trophy 5-A-Side Football Tournament being underway at Langthabal Public Ground.
Inaoba scored three goals on the trot (5', 12', 16') before Pranjit scored one in the 19th minute to make it 4-0 for Singjamei FC-B in the first half and Inaoba hit his fourth in the 39th minute to complete the 5-0 rout of Kangleicha FC.
In the second match of the day, Sanatoi scored twice and Rabin struck one to help MFC edge out Atinga FC 3-1 in an all Kyamgei team clash. MFC led the first half 2-1 with Sanatoi scoring twice (1', 18') and Sanamacha scoring one in the 13th minute for Atinga FC. Ranbir then hit the decisive goal for MFC in the 34th minute to make it 3-1.
Later in the day, Salai FC, Lanthabal saw off Relief Camp, Sawombung 1-0 courtesy Thella's 20th minute strike to set up a pre-quarter final date with MFC.
