Shija Hospitals & Research Institute wins "Strong Commitment to HR Excellence" award

Shija Hospitals & Research Institute (SHRI) has won the "Strong  Commitment to HR Excellence" award at the 14th National HR Excellence Award Confluence 2023-24 held in Lalit, Mumbai on March 22, 2024.
According to a release issued by SHRI, the award was presented by Sanjay Behl, Chairman, CII National Committee on Leadership & HR & Executive Director,  Greaves Electric Mobility along with Indrani Kar, Principal Advisor CII & Head, CII- Suresh  Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership.
The award was accepted by Dr Palin  Khundongbam, CMD; Dr Bonney Khundongbam, CEO; Gayatri Maibam, Director(HR),  Geetanjali Aribam, Manager(HR), Dhyanchand Potshangbam, Manager(HR), Gabriel Pheiroijam, Deputy Manager(HR) and Sarda Huidrom, Assistant Manager (HR).
The CII-HR Excellence Award Model is based on the CII-Exim Bank Excellence Award encompassing all aspects of human resource management. Under this award model, each application is assessed by a team of qualified assessors followed by a site visit.
The distinguished Jury  determines the award recipients on the basis of assessment reports submitted by the  assessors. The assessment Team for SHRI comprised of Deepak Deshpande, Vice President  HR, Tata Business Excellence Group, S Muthusivan, Vice President HR, The Residency Group of Hotels, Ajay Mali, Senior Manager HR and Monica Anand, Head, Learning &  Development, EKI Energy Services Limited.
