Kharin Shaiza returns to warm reception

Ukhrul, Apr 10 : Kharin Shaiza of Ukhrul/Hunphun who participated in the recently held  Federation Cup- Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2024 and secured fifth position in the men's 65 kg bodybuilding competition was given warm reception by Hunphun Katamnao Long (HKL) at Imphal International  Airport yesterday.
HKL also encouraged the bodybuilder from Ukhrul who trains under the guidance of L Robert Meitei at Royal Gymnasium, Ukhrul, for bringing laurels to the State and especially to the Tangkhul community.
HKL president, Wungsorin Raleng on the sidelines of the reception programme noted that Shaiza is the first person among Hunphun villagers to achieve the feat  at the National level bodybuilding Championship.
Besides, Shaiza finished 4th in the Mr Manipur competition -2023 conducted by AMBBA in the 75kg category competition, he said.
HKL also extended best wishes for success in his future endeavors during the reception programme.
