Laishram Suraj nets thrice as NEROCA FC blank United Brothers FC 3-0

IMPHAL, Apr 12 : NISA, Thangmeiband and NEROCA FC, Sangakpham posted identical 3-0 wins in today's matches of the ongoing 16th Manipur State League.
At Kakching DSA ground, NISA rode on second half chances to rout TRAU, Kwakeithel 3-0 for their first Group B win.
NISA found the breakthrough in the 51st minute off Laishram Binoy after a goalless first half. Huirem Romesh who came off the bench after the break doubled the advantage in the 66th minute before Sharangthem Rajdan rounded off the scoring in the 79th minute.
Elsewhere in a Group A match at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong, NEROCA FC rode on Laishram Suraj's brilliance to open their group campaign with a 3-0 win.
Suraj opened the scoring in the 35th minute before making it 2-0 with his second goal three minutes into the added time before the break.
Suraj had his hattrick at the stroke of the 90 minute mark.
