One drowns

IMPHAL, Apr 17: One man who fell in a pond last night at Luwangshangbam Awang Leikai, Imphal East district under Heingang police station was found dead today.
The deceased has been identified as Thangjam Ingo (45) s/o Th Manglem of Luwangshangbam Awang Leikai.
Since morning, a combined team of SDRF and Manipur Fire Service searched for the man in the pond.
Thangjam Ingo was found dead at around 3.30 pm.
