IMPHAL, Apr 23: KCP Nongdrenkhomba Group has clarified that it has nothing to do with India’s elections held in Manipur.
Giving little thought to the suffering of the people, the election was held in the midst of the protracted crisis, and there was no reason for KCP (Nongdrenkhomba Group) to get involved in the election, said a press release issued by the outfit’s publicity secretary Kangleipurel.
Taking serious note of the sharp polarisation created by the election among the people, the outfit clarified that it has nothing to do with any of the unwanted incidents that took place during the election.
Highlighting the current restive situation of Kangleipak, it appealed to all the people to stop slandering each other.
It also sought people’s support to the party’s efforts to protect the Nation.
