IMPHAL, Apr 28 : The International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA), Kangleipak observed Dark Day at Majorkhul Community Hall, yesterday.
IPSA said that the day was observed at schools and colleges in Manipur and outside the State too. It was on April 27, 1891 that the Union Jack was hoisted at Kangla replacing the flag of the independent kingdom of Manipur.
