Ng Dipapati strikes gold at Cadet European Cup Judo

IMPHAL, Apr 28 : Manipur's Ngangbam Dipapati reigned supreme to win India a gold medal at the Cadet European Cup 2024 held in Georgia.
Competing in the 70 kg competion, Dipapati who won India a gold medal at Macau Cadet Asian Cup last year, defeated Leni Welter to clinch the gold medal today.
Yesterday, Manipur's Huidrom Oliviya bagged a silver medal in the women's 48 kg category competition.
In all, three Manipuris are representing India at the championship.
