Arnold bags gold, Surchandra wins silver at 13th Federation Cup

IMPHAL, April 7 : K Arnold bagged Manipur a gold medal as Ng Surchandra won a silver medal at the 13th Federation Cup Senior Men's Bodybuilding and Physique Sports National Championship 2024 held from April 6 to 7 at Vasco, Goa.
K Arnold of MPSC bagged the gold medal in the men's 80 kg bodybuilding competition while his compatriot Ng Surchandra won the silver medal in the 85 kg category competition. W Kiran of MPSC and Khanrin Shaiza of Royal Gym, Ukhrul in the meantime finished fourth and fifth in the 75 kg and 65 kg category competitions.
In all, 250 players from across the Country participated in the two day event.
The State team was led by Y Nilbir and K Anand as coach and manager respectively.
