IMPHAL, May 16: With St Joseph's High School and Anallon Christian Institute (ACI) knocked out of the Chandel District Level Inter School Subroto Mukerjee Football Tournament for under 15 boys, Koinonia Training School (KTS) and St Peter's Higher Secondary School have entered the semifinals today.
Koinonia Training School (KTS) thrashed St Joseph's High School 1-0 and St Peter's Higher Secondary School beat Anallon Christian Institute (ACI) 1-0 in the quarterfinals today.
In the first quarterfinal match of the day, Singval Tonsing scored the lone and winning goal in the 11th minute for KTS to bury St Joseph's High School's hope of advancing to the next round.
In the second match, Bungjoyngam scored for St Peter's Higher School in the 16th minute to crush Anallon Christian Institute.
Koinonia Training School (KTS) will play in the semi final against Oak Hill High School on May 17 (7 am).
St Peter's Higher School will meet St Paul's High School in the semifinal on May 17 (8.30 am).
The winners of the matches will meet for the final on May 18 (2 pm).
