3rd MNCA Senior Women's One Day Trophy Kh Bijaya picks four to inspire AKSDO to 203 run victory

IMPHAL, May 19 : Kh Bijaya produced an all round performance to inspire AKSDO, Khangabok a humongous 203 run victory against Al-Ameen, Lilong in the third match of the 3rd MNCA Senior Women's One Day Trophy at THAU ground, Thangmeiband today.
AKSDO amassed a massive total of 242 runs for 6 wickets in 30 overs after electing to bat first and bundled out Al-Ameen for just 39 runs within 17.2 overs to kick off their campaign on an illustrious note.
Daina Moirangthem added 35 to give AKSDO a slow start to their innings but Alish Thokchom 77 off 82 and Bijiya Khundrakpam 24 off 41 balls produced an unbeaten 145-run 7th wicket partnership to steer AKSDO to a commanding total of 242/6.
The innings saw Al-Ameen's Najiya Begum (2/41 in 6 overs) and Laishram Langlenthoibi (2/28) sharing four wickets between them while Farhana and Sanjida claimed one wicket apiece.
Chasing 243 for the win, Al-Ameen slumped to 39 all out within 17.2 overs as Bijaya ran through their line up and returned with the best bowling figures of 4/12 in 6 overs.
None of the batters managed to score a double digit run for Al-Ameen in this innings and shockingly 8 batters departed on ducks.
Olebia Khundrakpam (2/6 in 2.2 overs) of AKSDO also picked two wickets including the last wicket as Laishram Anjali grabbed one.
