IMPHAL, May 23 : Wisdom Foundation, Khangabok and New Public Higher Secondary School progressed into the semi-finals of the 63rd District Level Subroto Mukerjee Tournament for U-15 Boys organised by the District Youth Affairs and Sports, Thoubal.
Wisdom Foundation pulled off a comfortable 4-0 win over Khongjom Standard English School courtesy of goals from Arish (3'), Rahish (35', 38') and Aheshan (48') to set up a semi-final date with KM Blooming Higher Secondary School, Khangabok.
Meanwhile New Public Higher Secondary School secured a 1-0 win over Brighter Angel English School, Samaram thanks to N Mocha's 36th minute goal to reach semi-finals.
They will play either AG Memorial Academy, Charangpat or Ibemhal Vishan, Sapam in the semi-final.
AG Memorial Academy in the meantime won 5-1 against Tekcham HS to set up a quarterfinal date with Ibemhal Vishan.
