Fixture draw for U-13 Boys Inter Club Football League today

IMPHAL, May 3 : The All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) has announced that the draw of fixtures for the U-13 Boys Inter Club Football League 2023-24 will be conducted on May 4 at 2.30 pm at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.
Teams who have completed CMS by April 30 may attend the fixture draw, said AMFA in a memorandum issued today.
AMFA also released a brief competition guidelines for inter club football league tournaments for U-13 (born on or after Jan 1, 2012 and not later than Dec 31, 2013), U-15 (born on or after Jan 1, 2010 and not later than Dec 31, 2011) and U-17 (born on or after Jan 1, 2008 and not later than Dec 31, 2009) age categories.
As per the released guidelines the U-13 competition will be a 7-a-side event with a maximum squad registration of 18 players while U-15 and U-17 competition will be 11-man events with maximum squad registrations allowed upto 25 members.
The guidelines also allowed 6 additional off-field players for U-13 teams on match days (7+6) and additional 9 players (total 11+9) each for U-15 and U-17 teams.
Further, rolling substitution is allowed for U-13 age group competition and there will be no offside rule while 5-player substitution is applied for U-15 and U-17 competitions with offside rule. For U-13 competition, kick-in is implemented for ball passing over touchline and throw-in for U-15 and U-17 competitions.
