YOSC crowned State Senior Men's Handball champions

IMPHAL, May 4: YOSC, Khurai emerged champions of the 3rd State Senior Men's Netball Championship 2024 organised by the Manipur Netball Association at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex.
YOSC defeated Thoubal by 37-21 margin for the fourth straight victory in the ultimate clash of the 5-team championship conducted in the league format.
The Imphal West team finished runners up on 7 points from two wins and a draw as Thoubal finished second runners up on the same 7 points but with inferior goals count (111 against 136 of IW).
The Tamenglong team finished fourth in the table with 3 points from a win as ESC finished last without a point.
Thoubal women's team in the meantime finished on top on 9 points in the women's championship having won all three matches.
Imphal West team were able to collect 6 points from 2 wins to finish runners up as Tamenglong team finished second runners up on 3 points from a win.
