L Bigyabati picks 8 as PTCC seal 10-wicket win

IMPHAL, Jun 9: PTCC, Patsoi notched up an easy 10-wicket win over Al-Ameen, Lilong riding on Laishram Bigyabati's eight wicket haul as the 3rd Senior Women's One Day Trophy resumed after a two weeks gap here at THAU ground, Thangmeiband.
PTCC chose wisely to field first and bowled out Al-Ameen for a paltry total of 30 runs in 29.5 overs courtesy of Laishram Bigyabati who wreaked havoc across their rivals' line on the way to her 8/3 in 5.5 overs that include 2 maidens.
Farhana 7 and Najiya Begum 6 were the main run getters for Al-Ameen as none of the batters reached double digit figures .
Lourembam Prena and Bandana of PTCC also managed a wicket apiece in the Al-Ameen innings before Laishram Teresa struck a quickfire 26 off 10 balls to seal the victory in just 2.1 overs.
Shrili Irom was also unbeaten on 5 for PTCC.
