SDO go top in 20th KK Memorial 1st Division Football League

IMPHAL, Jun 29 : SDO, Pallel were held to a 1-1 draw by AIFA, Irengband in the 12th match of the 20th KK Memorial 1st Division Football League this afternoon at DSA Kakching playground.
S Somez gave SDO the lead early in the 10th minute but AIFA clawed their way back into the game with Francis scoring the equaliser in the 80th minute. The scoreline remained unchanged till the final whistle as the two sides failed to add up to their tally despite few close calls.
Despite the draw, SDO managed to go top of the table on 10 points as they remained unbeaten in 4 games while AIFA are fourth with 4 points from a win and today's draw in as many as four matches.
SFC, Sugnu and AKSA, Kakching Khunou are second and third after four rounds with 9 points apiece.
