Boys' poomsae group win gold in Junior Taekwondo Nationals

IMPHAL, Aug 20 : State boys' poomsae group won a gold medal to take Manipur tally in the ongoing Junior National Taekwondo Championships to three medals.
The boys' group that won Manipur's first gold in the championships hosted by Maharashtra at Divisional Sports Complex in Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) include Laishram Rohit, Rajkumar Liokanta and Phairenbam Bidyananda.
Yesterday, Luckysana Konthoujam (-59 kg) and Gharluxmi Phurailatpam (U-63 kg) respectively won Manipur a silver and a bronze medal in the junior girls' Kyorugi event.
