JIRIBAM, Aug 29: LEC (B) has entered the final of the 11th Ashangbam Lakhiton Devi Memorial Mixed Kang Tournament 2024 being held at Jiribam's Babupara Lamlen Community Hall.
LEC (B) beat Cachar 13-5 in the semi-final match today.
The second semi-final match will be played between MNC and SAYC (C) tomorrow.
The winner will face LEC (B) in the final on September 1.
In today's semi-final match,
LEC (B) won the toss and chose side.
LEC (B) were leading Cachar Kangkhut 4-3 in the first half.
The second half saw LEC (B) dominating the match with a final score of 13-5 against Cachar.
The tournament is organised in memory of Ashangbam Lakhiton Devi, mother of ex-MLA Ashangbam Biren Singh of Jiribam's Dibong.
