State Junior Girls' Football team flagged off

IMPHAL, Aug 4 : The State team for the Junior Girls' National Football Championship 2024-25 (Tier I) was flagged off today for Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
Manipur are clustered in Group B alongside West Bengal, Goa and Haryana will open their campaign against Haryana on August 11 at RDT Stadium. The match begins at 9 am.
Manipur will face West Bengal in the second match at the same venue on August 13 from 3 pm before meeting Goa on August 15 from 9 am in the last group match. The State team who left Imphal for the championship include:
Goalkeepers : Sh Anika of KRYPHSA, S Silpa of ESU, Th Priyadashini of YWC-L;
Defenders : Ng Binita of FC Imphal, Tabitha of ESU, Sagarika of KRYPHSA; Y Monalisha of YWC-Th; Ch Alina of YWC-L, S Alena of YWC-L, S Mathoi of FC Imphal;
