THAU bounce back with 2-0 win over ESA

IMPHAL, Jan 8 : THAU, Thangmeiband bounced back from second game loss to beat ESA, Mayang Imphal by 2-0 goals in the 9th match of the 12th Second Division Football League being organised by the Imphal West District Football Association.
THAU enjoyed upperhand from the beginning but did not find the breakthrough in the first half but Th Nikhil handed them the lead in the 42nd minute with a clinical strike.
Th Nikhil also netted another goal three minutes into the stoppage time to secure THAU a 2-0 win.
IUFC will play SJC in the next match tomorrow from 2.15 pm.
