Thoubal Team-A crowned champions of State Level Jeet Kune-Do Championship

THOUBAL, Oct 12 : Thoubal Team-A were crowned champions of the 14th State Level Jeet Kune-Do Championship 2025 as Imphal West and Thoubal Team-B finished 1st runners up and 2nd runners up respectively.
The championship held at the indoor stadium located at Yairipok Bishnunaha since yesterday saw a healthy participation of 150 athletes from across the State
Thoubal Team-A amassed 26 gold and 6 silver medals to seal the champions title as Imphal West gathered 4 gold, and 4 silver to secure the runners up title. Thoubal Team-B meanwhile collected 4 gold and 2 silver medals to finish second runners up.
The closing function of the two-day championship hosted under the aegis of Jeet Kune Do Association of Manipur (JKAM) was attended by MLA Wangkhem AC, K Meghachandra; JKAM vice president Rajen Loitam; former Kakching AC MLA, Y Surchandra; former Oinam AC MLA, L Radhakishore and others as dignitaries.
