Govt prohibits

IMPHAL, Oct 28 : The Government of Manipur has prohibited the manufacture, storage, distribution, or sale of gutkha, pan masala (containing tobacco or nicotine), and chewing tobacco products whether packed or unpacked for one year across the State.
An order to this effect was issued by Sumant Singh, Commissioner of Food Safety and Commissioner cum Secretary of Health and Family Welfare.
