HC reserves order

IMPHAL, Oct 28: The High Court of Manipur has reserved its order on a petition filed against service extension of PWD Chief Engineer N Subhash. The petition which prayed for prohibition on extending the service of N Subhash was filed by one Y Munindro Mangang against the State of Manipur and three others.
After hearing the petition three times, Justice Ahanthem Bimol reserved the order yesterday.
For the first time, the service period of PWD Chief Engineer N Subhash was extended from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
The Chief Engineer got another extension from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. The service period of N Subhash was extended for the third time from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
