BJP castigated

IMPHAL, Oct 5: Only the Congress party can bring peace and normalcy in Manipur, Wahengbam Rojit, chairman of the Sports Department of the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee has said today.
He said this at the launch of the Congress' Vote Chor Gaddi Chhod signature campaign at Kshetrigao Assembly Constituency.
At the campaign at Porompat Thawanthaba Community Hall, W Rojit blamed the BJP for the current conflict and the turmoil in the State.
Manipur is "burning" because of the BJP. Their "double engine Government" is unable to resolve the Manipur conflict. Even their leaders in the Centre have ignored their MLAs here and refused to allow a popular Government. Such a party will not bring peace and normalcy here, Rojit said. The people must believe in the Congress party to bring peace and normalcy in Manipur, he said.
