Semifinals lineup completed for MU Inter College Men Football Tournament Kha Manipur College vs Pravabati College, Thambal Marik College vs Kakching Khunou College in semifinals

IMPHAL, Nov 13: After the quarterfinal showdowns today, the lineup of semifinals of the Ayekpam Pratap Singh Memorial Manipur University Inter College (Men) Football Tournament 2025-26 has been completed.
In the semifinals on November 14, Kha Manipur College (KMC) will face Pravabati College (12.30 pm), and Thambal Marik College will face Kakching Khunou College (2 pm).
The winners will clash for the titles on November 16 (1pm).
Quarterfinals today
In the first quarterfinal match at Keirak Playground, the Kha Manipur College, Kakching beat Pole Star College, Hiyanglam Wabagai 3-0 to enter the semifinals.
Th Shital, M Devaraj and Md Salman scored one goal each for the KMC Kakching.
The second quarterfinal match at the same venue saw Pravabati College beating a competitive Lilong Haoreibi College 5-4 in a penalty shootout.
Pravabati College led the score 1-0 through W Alex's goal in the 6th minute.
Lilong Haoreibi College, however, found the equalizer in Raesh Khan in the 16th minute, forcing the match to be decided by a penalty shootout.
For Pravabati College, Y Rohit couldn't convert the opportunity given into a goal, but Anish, Senton, W Alex and Surchandra scored in the penalty shootout.
For Lilong Haoreibi College, only Raesh Khan, Shoib Khan and Mirwaj Khan could score in the penalty shootout.
The 3rd quarterfinal match also saw a penalty shootout deciding the winner between Thambal Marik College and Chanambam Ibomcha (CI) College after a goalless draw.
Y Devid, N Avinash, Arvind, N Lanchenba and N Bidyananda scored for Thambal Marik College to win the match 5-3 and enter the semifinals.
Only N Vikash, Rahul and Devid Sharma could score for CI College.
In the fourth and final quarterfinal match, Kakching Khunou College beat Western College 4-3 in a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw match.
In the normal time, S Wilbert gave Kakching Khunou College an early lead in the 7th minute.
Western College found the equalizer late in the 56th minute, forcing a penalty shootout to decide the match.
For Kakching Khunou College, Th Karnajit, Th Tomthin and Kh Rohit scored in the penalty shootout.
Only Yumlemba and Bikash could score for Western College.
