SFC, SSC extend winning run in Kak 2nd Divn Football League

IMPHAL, Nov 14 : SFC, Sora and SSC, Langmeidong notched up their second wins in the ongoing 2nd Division Football League Tournament 2025.
SFC who prevailed 9-1 against MYC, Waikhong in their opening match pulled off a 7-0 win over SESU, Kakching today for the second win today at DSA Kakching playground.
SFC had a dominating start to the game and entered into the half with a 2-0 lead before pumping in five more goals including a double from L Sohen (45’, 48’) in the second half to seal the 7-0 win.
Md Riyas Khan (28’) and Md Aziz (30+2’) were on target for SFC in the opening half of the match before Md Hibjur (42’) made it 3-0 after the restart. As L Sohen scored twice, Epham Nawaz (46’) and Md Ezad Ahamed (57’) also contributed a goal apiece to make it 7-0.
Later in the day, SSC, Langmeiband notched up a comfortable 5-0 win over JA, Kakching riding on a treble from S Pritam (1’, 30+1’, 48’) and one goal apiece from N Rajen (9’) and S Punsiba (40’).
