Lingjelthoibi, Jenibash strike Indian Round 50m x 50m event gold medals

IMPHAL, Nov 14 : S Lingjelthoibi of BCAC and Sandham Jenibash of LMLCC clinched senior women and men’s individual 50m x 50m Indian Round gold medals in the ongoing 35th Senior State Archery Championship today.
In the women’s competition, S Lingjelthoibi shot 614 points to finish atop as Maibam Lanchenbi Devi of NSA and Okram Naobi of SICA settled for the silver and bronze medals on 60-5 and 599 points respectively.
Meanwhile in the men’s competition, Sandham Jenibash bagged the gold medal with a 646 point finish as Laishram Naoton of FAC shot 638 points and L Shilheiba of LMLCC shot 637 points to finish second and third.
