Bihar vote loot by women, note vote chori

The entire nation was stunned on 14 Nov, on Nehru's birthday by the performance of the Modi-Nitish duo in the Bihar State Assembly Election ; rather the BJP-JD(U) combination performed exceedingly well. The score of 202 out of 243 is indeed unbelievable. This performance is much better than all the exit-poll predictions. Yadavs were correct , they said, "these predictions are unreliable".
One maverick political observer says this is not vote chori but loot. By indulging in vote chori one party or an alliance can't perform like this. Only a loot can exhibit such a humongous performance. How could they perform such a daylight robbery?
How they could achieve this will be a matter of debate and research. Was it because of the freebies just before the election particularly for females. In my superficial understanding Nitish Babu and Modi Bhai have wisely played the female card. The election result was because of this practical but invincible women card. Nistish ji was playing it for quite sometime but the instant funding of Modi ji could make it so grand.
Women's job reservation, bicycles for school going girls, rural livelihood ( Jeevika Didi ), prohibition though financially risky, women folk remain safe and happy and finally the Rs 10,000 direct cash transfer to 1.5 crore women across Bihar made NDA cross 200 mark out of 243. This performance is perhaps one of the best poll performances in any State election.
After all Nitish Babu has a clean Socialist image. His Ministers or party leaders and workers might have done many objectionable things or might have manipulated the system. However, his character and behavior are still intact, despite age-related forgetfulness or stubbornness. Most likely he will be sworn in as the CM of Bihar for the 10th time; this has never happened in the history of Bihar.
Nitish Babu tweeted on X "NDA has demonstrated complete unity in this election and achieved a massive majority". He also finally bowed to Modi ji for his support and conveyed his heartfelt thanks to him. But he did not come out for a public appearance to celebrate the victory- keeping alive the public speculation about his wellbeing.
What surprises me is that an intelligent chap like Prashant Kishore could not even manage a single seat. His party Jan Suraaj Party could not open it's account. I am still pondering whether he played his card for a different purpose. Still, I believe his intelligence is much above Rahul and Tejashwi. Yes of course comparable with Lalu; perhaps his EQ is lacking ; and his on paper assessment has a big chasm with the ground reality. Lalu is quite intelligent and has an extremely high EQ, but unfortunately his time is over.
The win is mainly because of the women oriented policies and program of Nitish Babu backed by men, machinery and money of BJP. What a combination. The opposition's cry for vote chori, unemployment, poverty and migration could not block the Modi-Nitish bulldozer.
'Bihar' is a lesson for Bengal, Assam including Manipur. Women can decide the fate of a State. For us, our women folks are already fearless and powerful but the only requirement is - how to unite and ignite them. We had seen in 1904 and 1939, what they could do for this land. A powerful idea plus a manageable Mahila monetary mechanism may make Manipur majestic in the next election which may take place after one year of NDA rule starting very soon.
Caste and communal politics have been made redundant in Bihar by the politics of development and women empowerment (monetarily or otherwise). Learn from Bihar.
Consider Nitish & Modi as your guru if you want to survive and retain power.
Celebrating the massive win ( prachand Jeet) of NDA and praying Chhathi Maiya, Modi ji praised the people of Bihar for the Grand Victory. Indeed Modi magic is still working; you may call it Modi magic plus Nitish's image. Nistish's clear focus on women and youth enlarged the NDA votes to a great extent.The magnificent win of NDA in Bihar is in fact an indication that a pro-people and pro-development politics can achieve such a feat.
Politicians particularly in the opposition alliance all over the country are utterly surprised by the result . They never thought that the opposition alliance could be decimated like this. They were of the view that there will be a tough fight between the NDA and India alliance. Some neutral journalists were also of the opinion that this time it is 50-50. How the tally was turned into 90-10, it is everyone's puzzle. But those who are used to Modi magic may not be so surprised by this overwhelming result.
Even a group of NDA friendly media houses are pleasantly surprised by the victory margins and final tally. When NDA was about to cross 200 they started murmuring, leave it now, have some mercy. Opposition is also an indispensable part of a functional democracy.
For Manipur, it is strongly believed that non-stop development activities in the hills (not on paper) and women empowerment (monetarily or employment) throughout the State may save the party in power to survive and continue- despite the terror and tragedies of the recent past. Communal and ethnic politics must be discarded lock, stock and barrel.
