3 from CCpur held with heroin

IMPHAL, Nov 18 : Security forces arrested three individuals from Churachandpur district along with suspected heroin powder.
The heroin weighed around 1.032 Kg, according to a bulletin issued by the Police Control Room (PCR).
The arrested individuals, on the other hand, have been identified as David Sianmuanlian (26) of Singngat, Churachandpur, Khamthang (56) of Khawzim Village, Churachandpur and Nekgoumang (23) of Boljol village, Churachandpur.
From their possession, the security force also seized one four-wheeler vehicle and one two-wheeler vehicle.
The PCR went on to state that 353.63 gram of suspected heroin powder was seized from two individuals near Kusum Oil Pump under Porompat police station yesterday.
The arrestees have been identified as Md Ajimuddin (24) of Kwakta Pangal Lamkhai, Bishnupur and Md Iqbal (22) of Kwakta Bazar.
Police also stated that a large consignment of arms and ammunition was seized from Nachou Kha Mamang Patton in Bishnupur and Kharungpat Marin in Kakching today.
