AMBBA accords warm reception to World Bodybuilding Championship participants from Manipur

IMPHAL, Nov 18 : The All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) today accorded warm reception to  four State athletes who participated in the 16th WBPF World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2025 hosted by Indonesia at Batam from November 11 to 17.
Notably, Hawaibam Ricky won a gold medal in the junior men's open bodybuilding event as  compatriot Chongtham Bluncely finished second to seal a silver medal in the same competition.
Sinam Momocha who competed in the senior men's bodybuilding event for 65 kg category won a bronze medal as Sanjeeta Thokchom who competed in the women's bodybuilding for upto 55 kg finished fifth.
