152 Bn CRPF hands out cricket kits

152 Bn CRPF, under the aegis of the Manipur and Nagaland Sector CRPF distributed cricket kits at AAA cricket ground, Porompat to nearby students and cricket players as a part of the Civic Action Programme today.
During the distribution programme held amidst an ongoing cricket tournament with the aim of promoting peace and development among the youth, Love Kumar, PMG, Commandant of 152 Bn addressed the beneficiaries and participants and reaffirmed CRPF’s commitment to stand with the people of Manipur in restoring peace.
H Premjit, DIG CRPF Range Imphal, who was the chief guest of the programme also encouraged the KCT and Moijing Cricket teams who were playing a semi-final match, said a press note issued by 152 Bn CRPF.
The CRPF unit will carry out similar activities in other parts of the State including Kanto Sabal, Khongnangpokpi, Kanglatongbi, Relief Camps at THAU and other parts of Imphal West district, it added.
