CRPF Harmony Football Tournament 2025 concludes

IMPHAL, Nov 18
The CRPF Harmony Football Tournament 2025 organised by 133 Bn CRPF Dolaithabi under the aegis of the IG Manipur & Nagaland Sector and under the banner of Khelo India concluded successfully yesterday.
A total of 8 teams participated in the knockout format tournament held from November 15.
In the final match, Alchemy FC defeated Pangal Tabi FC by 3-1 goals to claim the championship title.
The winners were awarded a cash prize of Rs 15,000 and a trophy, while the runners-up received Rs 10,000 and a trophy.
In addition, the best player of the tournament, best scorer and best goalkeeper of the tournament were also feted with trophies and cash reward of Rs 1500 each. Other teams were also awarded Rs 1000 each as consolation prize, said a statement issued by 133 Bn CRPF.
The tournament concluded with a closing ceremony that was followed by a lively cultural programme performed by local youth, it said.
Officials from the Sports Authority of India (SAI) were also present and appreciated the smooth and disciplined conduct of the event, it said.
Deepak Kumar Singh, Commandant 133 Bn presided over the event and spoke on the importance of promoting sports in the region, it said.
