CAP continues

IMPHAL, Nov 24: As part of its continuous efforts to cement good relations with the local populace, 158 Battalion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) organized a Civic Action Programme (CAP) at Kadangband-1, PS Lamsang, Imphal West Manipur under the sponsorship of the Manipur Nagaland Sector.
According to a press release, solar lanterns, water syntax, dustbins and sports items were distributed to the villagers to help them gather fresh water, improve sports activities for better health management and also to enhance safety measures in the village after dark.
The CAP was headed by Sanjay Negi, Commandant, 158 Bn CRPF. Officer Commanding A/158 Bn, Village Secretary, Village Chief, and local villagers were also present at the event.
