Preps on for Miss Barak

IMPHAL, Nov 28 : Miss Barak 2025 will take place under the 4th edition of the State Level Barak Festival at the picturesque hilltop of Ziilipou from December 12 to 14.
As one of the festival’s headline events, this year’s edition promises to be the biggest and most refined so far, said a statement issued by the convenor of Miss Barak.
The jury panel features an exceptional lineup including Ruopfuzhano Whiso (Miss Universe India 2024 – 4th Runner-Up), Sarita Devi (former World boxing champion and Arjuna awardee), and Banner Lanamai James (Rubaru Mr India 2023).
The show will be choreographed and mentored by Miss Danube Kangjam, Miss Asia Pacific International India.
Powered by Kabi Tingchoi, the event will also introduce five young designers who will showcase their collections during the Grand Finale on December 14.
Celebrated artist Chonchon Varah will perform as the main act of the evening, while the show will be hosted by Opang Jamir, Mr International India 2012.
With various festivals across the region and the Hornbill Festival in the neighbouring State, Miss Barak 2025 stands ready to match the level of any major pageant, it said.
Combined with the warm hospitality of Senapati and the vibrant Barak Festival celebrations, the event is set to become a defining legacy for both participants and organisers.
